Manoj Varavumkal, hailing from Kerala, India, brings a wealth of experience to The Holy Grail. With a distinguished career as an Indian Chef at the Taj group of hotels, Manoj’s expertise in crafting exquisite Indian cuisine is unparalleled. After moving to Ireland in 2001, he honed his skills as the Head Chef at Pines Hotel and later led a successful Indian restaurant. In 2014, he founded The Holy Grail in Wexford Town, where his renowned curries and award-winning dishes have attracted a loyal following from across Ireland.
